Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Mehfil Premium, the paid subscription offered within the Mehfil app, operated by Anil Balabhai Gohil (“we”, “us”).

1. The subscription

Mehfil Premium costs ₹249 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes). It is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings → Manage plan) or by emailing support@mehfil.pro. When you cancel:

• Your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• You will not be charged again after that; the subscription simply does not renew.

3. Refunds

Mehfil Premium is a digital service that is delivered and available to you immediately. As a result:

• Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a full refund where appropriate.
• If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from using Premium and we are unable to resolve it, contact us and we will consider a pro-rated refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, after which it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the amount.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@mehfil.pro from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge and a short description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.
